We provide a ''comprehensive, friendly and personalised immigration service" for our clients, covering Home Office Applications and Appeals to the Immigration Tribunal*. Whatever your circumstances, we'll do our best to help you. |
For applications, we advise on the required documentation, assist you with the completion of the application and prepare a detailed cover letter to support your application. We charge a Fixed Fee for our Services:- Spouse Visa Application (£1,000 plus vat), British Citizenship Applications (£500 + vat), EEA Applications (£583.33 + vat), EU Settlement Applications (£300 + vat), Any other Family Law Application (£1,000 + vat).
Meanwhile, our service for appeals covers lodging the notice of appeal, preparing supporting documentation and to appear at oral hearings at the Immigration Tribunal in Glasgow. We generally advise our clients to opt for oral hearings as it gives you the opportunity to present your case in the best possible light. Our Fixed Fee for providing assistance for appeals is £1500 + vat.
Consultations: We provide a single consultation meeting (not exceeding 30 minutes) at the reasonable Fixed Fee of £100.00 plus vat (£120 including vat). Please note this consultation fee of £100 + vat will be included towards the fee for any work (application or appeal) arising out of the consultation meeting.
Our Immigration legal expert, Vikas Sharma, has worked across a wide variety of cases for both individuals and commercial clients. Vikas is an experienced Immigration Solicitor and was previously head of the immigration department at another well-known legal firm. He joined the Chamber Practice as a partner in January 2018. He dabbled with litigation for a few years but now he is just focussing on immigration.
He regularly appears at the First Tier and Upper Tribunals in Glasgow and is a qualified solicitor in Scotland, England, Wales, Ireland and India. Vikas is also an OISC 3 level qualified adviser.
Our legal expert has over 20 years of experience and has specialised in UK immigration work for over 13 years, operating in Scotland for 10 years.
