Meanwhile, our service for appeals cover lodging the notice of appeal, preparing supporting documentation and appearing at oral hearings at the Immigration Tribunal in Glasgow. We generally advise our clients to opt for oral hearings as it gives you the opportunity to present your case in the best possible light.

Our legal expert, Vikas Sharma, has worked across a wide variety of cases for both individuals and commercial clients. Vikas is an experienced Immigration Solicitor and was previously head of the immigration department at another well-known legal firm.

He regularly appears at the First Tier and Upper tribunals in Glasgow and is a qualified solicitor in Scotland, England, Wales, Ireland and India. Vikas is also an OISC 3 level qualified adviser.
