Vikas Sharma is a highly experienced immigration lawyer having built up an enviable reputation in Aberdeen specialising in Immigration problems and cases since August 2010. He joined. The Chamber Practice as a partner in charge of Immigration in 2018 having been head of litigation at Matthew Cohen and Associates Limited from August 2010.
Vikas has a strong connection with Aberdeen having first moved to study at Robert Gordons University in 2005 and after a period of working in London in immigration he missed his life in Aberdeen and sought opportunities to pursue living in Aberdeen and also as it is the oil capital of Europe it has a huge immigrant population.
Vikas has lived and worked in Aberdeen since 2010 and is now seen in the local legal community as the go to immigration lawyer and has published articles and given talks at the local Society of advocates in Aberdeen. Vikas Sharma is a qualified solicitor in Scotland, England & Wales, the Republic of Ireland and India and currently holds practising certificates for Scotland, England & Wales and India. He is also an OISC level 3 immigration advisor. He has over 20 years of legal experience and has specialised in UK immigration work for over 15 years, operating in Scotland for over 12 years.
In addition to his Immigration speciality he has dealt with various other areas of law in Aberdeen including for a few years, he is mainly only focussing on immigration.
