Immigration Parental Route Human Rights Appeal
Last week we received decisions of the Home Office granting leave to remain to children who have spent more than seven years in the UK. Interestingly their mother’s application has been refused. Their mother’s application was considered at a Premium Service Centre, and the applications of her children were made by post. We have appealed the decision and believe the appeal will be allowed under the Parental Route as the mother has a parental relationship with the daughters who have been granted leave to remain on the basis of having lived in the UK for 7 Years.
